Customized Ultra-Long Stroke Slide Table Module Project Description
In response to the customer's customized request for a long-stroke linear drive, our company developed
an adaptable ultra-long stroke slide table module based on actual application scenarios. The full stroke
supports customization from 3 meters to 12 meters, meeting the customer's personalized specifications
based on production line layout and automation equipment parameters. It is fully compatible with various
large-span operation scenarios such as lithium battery packaging, photovoltaic module handling, large CNC
cutting, and industrial warehousing and logistics sorting.
Compared to conventional modular splicing solutions, this customized ultra-long stroke slide table adopts a
n integrated profile body design, using high-rigidity extruded aluminum alloy as the base. After age hardeni
ng treatment, deflection deformation under long-span use is significantly reduced. The operating accuracy
is improved by more than 15% compared to spliced modules, fundamentally eliminating positioning errors
at splicing interfaces and effectively improving the overall operational stability of the equipment. The trans
mission system offers two options: ball screw drive and synchronous belt drive. For high-precision positioni
ng, a silent ball screw module with a repeatability of ±0.02mm is available; for high-speed reciprocating
motion, a reinforced toothed synchronous belt module with a maximum operating speed of 3m/s is availab
le, fully meeting the diverse efficiency and precision requirements of different scenarios.
Addressing the issues of abnormal noise and insufficient lubrication that often occur with ultra-long stroke
slides, this customized solution features a closed steel belt dustproof structure and an automatic lubrication
system. This not only prevents dust and debris generated during production from entering the transmission
cavity, extending the service life of core components, but also enables automatic grease replenishment of
the guide rails and ball screws, significantly reducing the frequency of routine maintenance. Custom additi
ons of limit switches, origin sensors, servo motor adapters, and other functional components are also suppo
rted. The product can be directly integrated into the customer's existing production line after shipment, req
uiring no secondary modifications.
