 coordinate system. It realizes precise handling and operation in space through multi-axis linkage and

I. Core functions

‌Material handling and loading and unloading‌

Replace manual work to complete repetitive loading and unloading operations of CNC machine tools, 

grinders and other equipment, and support grabbing, flipping and transferring workpieces‌13.

II. Technical characteristics

‌High load and long stroke design‌


The load range covers 5 kg to 10 tons, and the span can reach 11 meters, which meets the handling 

needs of large workpieces (such as wind turbine blades)‌58.

The heavy-duty structure adopts welded steel frame and reinforcement rib design to ensure rigidity

 and stability‌916.

‌Precise transmission and control‌


Gear rack + helical gear meshing transmission, with roller guide or linear slide, the speed reaches 1

 meter/second, reducing vibration and noise‌59;

PLC+servo motion control system, supports multi-axis linkage and complex trajectory planning, and 

realizes intelligent detection and fault alarm‌613. ‌Modularity and flexibility‌


Three mainstream structures are provided: cross-shaped, bullhead-shaped, and gantry-shaped, which
