This custom-designed three-axis robotic arm, soon to be shipped, bears the distinct mark of being bespoke
from the very beginning.
When the client initially requested the machine, they clearly stated that the dust concentration in their local
workshop far exceeded standard industrial levels. Therefore, the entire X/Y axis guideway was upgraded with
a fully sealed dustproof cover, and the transmission components are equipped with a customized, fully auto
matic, metered lubrication system that automatically replenishes grease to heavy-duty rollers, gears, and
racks at regular intervals, perfectly adapting to harsh, high-dust working conditions and enabling long-term
operation without frequent maintenance. Considering the generally heavy weight of the mining workpieces
in the area, engineers specifically optimized the load-arm-length curve, increasing the Z-axis end-load from
the standard 80kg to 260kg. They also added impact-resistant structural reinforcement to the Z-axis, ensuri
ng that even if a workpiece accidentally falls, the core transmission components will not be damaged.
To cater to the operating habits of local workers, the control system's user interface was completely redesign
ed, and 30% of complex operating steps were simplified. Even workers without professional automation ba
ckgrounds can learn to operate and debug the machine in just half an hour by following the guided tutorial.
The end clamp is also a custom-designed model, abandoning the general suction cup structure and replacin
g it with a flexible chuck that can adapt to different shaped materials. It is also equipped with an additional
scratch-resistant cushioning pad to prevent scratches on the workpiece surface during handling. All these
custom adjustments were verified to meet standards during a 72-hour continuous run-in test before shipm
ent, ensuring a perfect delivery to the customer.
