Semi-enclosed Precision High-speed Ball Screw Actuator FSKS-270 is an FSK series linear module produced
by Feske Technology. Its body is an open-frame structure, but it can achieve "semi-enclosed" function throu
gh external protection devices to meet the needs of high cleanliness and dust-proof environments. The mo
dule adopts high-precision ball screw drive, with a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.02mm, an operat
ing speed range of 166.7–1300mm/s, a load capacity covering 20–250kg, and an optional stroke of 50–1800
mm. It is suitable for servo or stepper motor drive, has fast response and high rigidity, and is suitable for
precision assembly, visual inspection and semiconductor automation scenarios.
Its "semi-closed" feature is not the main body structure, but is achieved through an external dust cover: PVC
or oil-resistant rubber telescopic sleeves commonly supported by wire rings expand and contract synchron
ously with the movement of the slide table, effectively blocking chips, dust and coolant from intruding into
the screw nut pair, extending service life and maintaining accuracy and stability. This design is widely used
in production lines with stringent cleanliness requirements such as electronic manufacturing and pharmace
utical packaging, taking into account both freedom of movement and environmental protection.
